Stahls’, Sterling Heights, Mich., now offers an improved order-placement process, featuring a new artwork uploader for streamlined service.
In response to customer feedback, the upgraded system was developed with a complete menu of online order-placement capabilities. Certain features include instant pre-order quotes; online ordering, reordering and order-tracking; and built-in messaging to communicate directly with Stahls’ artists.
Within the new dashboard, customers now can access saved designs from previous orders, manage their artwork, place orders and communicate with customer service.
