Superior Uniform Group Inc., Seminole, Fla., recently announced the acquisition of all of the assets of BAMKO Inc., Los Angeles.
BAMKO is a full-service merchandise sourcing and promotional products company with sales offices in the United States, England and Brazil, as well as support offices in China and India. The company works with its clients to provide a range of supply-chain solutions, including design, sourcing, production, product development, quality control, testing, logistics and delivery of goods for clients across the globe.
The transaction, valued at $15.8 million, went into effect March 1. The transaction also includes the acquisition of BAMKO’s subsidiaries, as well as an affiliate in India. BAMKO will operate as a subsidiary of Superior Uniform Group.
