Transfer Express, Mentor, Ohio, has promoted Chris Ulrich to business development manager.
Ulrich, who has been with the company for more than 20 years, was formerly the dealer services manager.
In his new role, he will work to build strong dealer relationships with current accounts and help them find new opportunities to grow their businesses. He also will be working on developing new business partnerships and gaining a better understanding of customers’ businesses to provide them with solutions for all their heat printing needs.
