Transfer Express, Mentor, Ohio, has been named the winner of the 2018 Smart Business Evolution of Manufacturing Award.
The award recognizes northeast Ohio manufacturers that demonstrate the ability to adapt to the changing world and take manufacturing to the next level.
Presented by the Oswald Companies, an independent insurance brokerage and risk-management firm, the Smart Business Awards are sponsored by businesses and professional and educational institutions serving the area.
In the past year, Transfer Express also was named one of the top 99 places to work in northeast Ohio, winning best in its class for career advancement and development. Additionally, it achieved FastTrack 50 recognition for growth and change that have contributed to its success, as well as recognition from national, state and local leaders. — J.L.
