Vastex Intl. Inc., Allentown, Pa., has added repositionable locking levers to its 2013 models of the V2000HD industrial-grade screen printing press.
The new levers free the print head, allowing off-contact and/or six-way leveling adjustments. In addition, the lever can be lifted, repositioned and lowered/locked into the new position, making it easier to operate in smaller spaces that limit full lever rotation. The print heads also feature tool-free microregistration, anti-backlash bearings that eliminate adjustment play, rear clamps made of ¼-inch steel and standard gas spring lifters that prevent sudden breaks.
The range of available V2000HD presses includes one-station, one-color tabletop models, up to 10-station, 10-color floor standing models. All carry a 25-year warranty and are equipped with steel-tube legs, 3-inch square steel rotor arms and a heavy-gauge steel rotor assembly.
