For those not convinced this week’s 2026 Impressions Expo in Atlantic City, New Jersey, (March 25-28) is worth the effort, longtime friend of the show, Rick Roth, founder of the Ink Kitchen and Mirror Image Screenprinting & Embroidery has this to say: not only does the show itself have tons to offer, but Atlantic City, despite its reputation, is a great place in and of itself.

There’s nothing like a trade show for taking the pulse of the latest trends affecting your business. Photo courtesy of Impressions Expo
Per his recently published post on the Ink Kitchen web site: “If your industry holds trade shows, you should be at them. The ROI—measured in deals closed, relationships built, and intelligence gathered—is hard to replicate any other way.”
Re: Atlantic City: “Atlantic City gets a bad rap from people who haven’t been recently. Yes, it’s had its ups and downs. But as a trade show destination…it’s genuinely underrated. The convention facilities are world-class, the hotel options are solid, and the food scene has become legitimately great. Plus, it has something [many] convention cities lack: personality.”
