STAHLS’ Unveils new Fulfill ONE Fulfillment Center

Published: September 8, 2025

According to leading heat-press and custom heat-transfer manufacture STAHLS’, the future of print on demand (POD) has “now arrived” with the launch of what the company is describing as its new “first-of-its-kind” Fulfill ONE (SF-1) fulfillment center.

“By merging state-of-the-art decoration technologies with [STAHLS’] revolutionary Fulfill Engine software, this cutting-edge facility delivers unmatched speed, sustainability and precision, setting a new gold standard for print-on-demand production,” the company says.

FulFill Engine Software Facilitates Print-on-Demand Production

“POD is the fastest-growing sector in garment and promotional product customization. The ability to produce exactly what’s needed, when it’s needed eliminates waste, reduces excess inventory and streamlines fulfillment like never before,” the company adds. “STAHLS’ Fulfill ONE is at the forefront of this transformation, empowering businesses with a seamless, tech-driven solution that accelerates growth and innovation.”

At the heart of STAHLS’ new production facility, located in Chesterfield, Michigan, is the company’s award-winning Fulfill Engine—an online platform that connects brands, businesses and e-commerce platforms via a network of decorators and production facilities the company describes as an “integrated ecosystem.” Among other advantages, this approach offers:

  • Increased versatility by leveraging multiple decoration techniques, including full-color one-off printed apparel, all types of patches, UV DTF custom drinkware, custom laser engraving and even web-to-print packaging and inserts
  • Real-time tracking and automation, ensuring streamlined order management and rapid fulfillment
  • Fast, reliable turnaround times, with most orders produced and shipped within 48 hours.

In addition, STAHLS’ is touting the environmental benefits, both of POD in general and the methodologies the new plant will employ, in particular. The latter will include the use of eco-friendly inks, the recycling and repurposing of materials for a “circular production model” and energy-efficient production processes overall.

Eco-friendly Custom Decorated Apparel Production

“The fashion industry is at a tipping point. Every day, the world generates an estimated 92 million tons of textile waste annually, which translates to approximately 252,000 tons of garment waste per day. This waste comes from overproduction, consumer disposal and unsold inventory,” the company says. “STAHLS’ Fulfill ONE is taking a stand against waste and overproduction with a zero-inventory, on-demand-model [in which] every product created has a purpose, ensuring nothing goes to waste.”

Finally, the new plant will also serve as a kind of “live innovation lab, showcasing the latest in decoration technology, hosting exclusive product testing and featuring next-gen equipment from industry-leading manufacturers.” For more on STAHLS’ new Fulfill ONE center as well as its complete line of products and services, go to stahls.com.
