This week, heat press and custom heat-transfer specialist STAHLS’ officially celebrated the grand opening of its Fulfill ONE (SF1) innovation lab and fulfillment center. The grand opening brought together over 100 guests, including decorators, suppliers, media contacts and other industry leaders for a first look at how STAHLS’, in its own words, is “redefining the future of print on demand, with partnerships powered by Fulfill Engine technology and state-of-the-art decoration capabilities.”
According to the company: “This new facility is designed as a place where brands, decorators and suppliers can collaborate to test, refine and scale new decoration technologies together. Built on the central theme of the power of collaboration through transparency and trust, STAHLS’ SF1 remains committed to moving the industry forward to a place where everyone wins.”
DTF, DTG, Embroidery Decoration All Part of the Mix
As part of the event, attendees experienced hands-on demonstrations at stations employing multiple decoration methods, including direct-to-film (DTF), direct-to-garment (DTG), embroidery, LIQUID 3D Dimensional Logos on Demand, UV Printing and laser engraving. Each station highlighted how the decoration technologies being implemented at the company’s new SF1 serve to make premium fulfillment more accessible, sustainable and scalable.
“This is a whole new frontier for STAHLS’,” said Carleen Gray, GroupeSTAHL CEO. “SF1 is built on partnerships for print-on-demand, including adding a ROQ DTG printer and Melco embroidery equipment, with every decorating technology supported by the STAHLS’ Fulfill Engine platform.”
The Future of Custom Decorated Apparel
With the opening of SF1, STAHLS’ says it is reinforcing its “legacy of innovation “while positioning the facility as a launchpad for what’s next in decorated apparel and branded merchandise, adding: “The Fulfill Engine network of decorators remains the backbone of STAHLS’ fulfillment as SF1 plays a unique role as a hub for experimentation, product development, and premium client experiences.”
SF1 is now open for tours and collaboration opportunities, offering customers and partners the chance to see the future of fulfillment in action. For more on the recent grand opening click here.
