Executive Coaching for Print Shops
Fabric is an executive coaching program created specifically for the decorated apparel industry, is now accepting applications for its third cohort.
Founded by Bruce Ackerman (Printavo), Steven Farag (Campus Ink), and Kevin Baumgart (Sales Ink), the program connects shop owners in small, curated groups to drive accountability, support, and long-term growth.
Applications for the third Fabric cohort are open now, with the deadline set for October 1.
How Fabric Works
Each group consists of 7–10 non-competing print shops that meet monthly with an EOS-certified coach. These sessions focus on:
- Setting achievable business goals
- Sharing strategies and experiences
- Holding each other accountable for execution
Additional benefits include:
- Access to a private Slack community for ongoing support
- Guest speakers from inside and outside the industry
- In-person gatherings at key events, including the Print Hustlers Conference in Chicago, Nov. 1–3, 2025
Accountability in Action
Since launching in 2025, Fabric already has 50 shops participating across multiple groups. Early members credit the program for driving real results.
“My first unscheduled cold door knock was a win,” said Brian Newman, president of Sublime Silkscreen and member of Fabric’s first cohort. “I’ll be honest, I just wanted to go home. But I knew I couldn’t face my Fabric group without checking this off my list. That quick stop turned into a job that more than covered my Fabric fee. Huge thank you to my team for holding me accountable. Your support made all the difference!”
Why It Matters
Running a profitable print shop can often feel isolating. Fabric provides structure, clarity, and a trusted peer group to help owners grow revenue sustainably without navigating challenges alone.
