Legacy Headwear Showcases Collegiate Merchandise on 2025 Game-Day Tour

Hanover, Pennsylvania — Legacy Headwear hit the road this fall, launching a nationwide collegiate-merchandise tour that brought the brand face-to-face with fans during some of the biggest college football matchups of the season. The activation highlighted Legacy’s premium, vintage-inspired headwear collections while deepening relationships with university partners and showcasing the quality of officially licensed apparel available on campus.

Engaging Fans On Campus

Throughout the season, Legacy team members traveled to select universities to set up immersive game-day booths designed to drive excitement and support sales of school-branded merchandise. Fans visiting the booth could:

  • Play lawn and carnival-style games
  • Receive branded giveaways
  • Explore Legacy’s best-selling collegiate styles up close

This real-time engagement offered students, alumni, and fans a hands-on look at Legacy’s craftsmanship and style trends, reinforcing the company’s commitment to the college-licensed market.

A Six-School Tour Across the Country

The tour ran from October 4 through November 15, kicking off at the University of Michigan and wrapping up at Arizona State University. Additional stops included:

  • University of Colorado
  • University of Iowa
  • Stanford University
  • Michigan State University

These schools were selected in partnership with Rally House and Follett, based on historic sales insights, themed weekends, and team-calendar opportunities.

Strengthening Collegiate Partnerships

Legacy launched the tour as a way to reinforce its longstanding reputation for high-quality collegiate headwear while strengthening ties with its partner universities. The in-person activation also allowed Legacy to highlight the craftsmanship behind its premium, vintage-inspired styles—products known for resonating with students and alumni alike.

Blank versions of Legacy’s top-selling silhouettes are distributed by Sportsman Cap & Bag, a Counselor Top 40 supplier, for promotional and decorator markets nationwide.
