Described as “more than an upgrade,” the ROQ HYBRID platform has been redesigned to be faster, easier to use and more flexible, raising the performance level of hybrid production.
Available in HYBRID, HYBRID PRO and HYBRID PRO+ configurations, the newly developed line addresses different production speeds, inks and automation requirements, combining the power of screen printing with the precision of direct-to-garment (DTG) decoration in a single, connected workflow.
Process Up to 550 Garments Per Hour
The PRO+, in particular, can product at rates up to 550 pieces per hour in high-speed mode (H16C04 and H24C04 versions), positioning it among the fastest hybrid solutions available today.
“Inspired by the ROQ NOW Generation 4, the new design features a more functional and accessible architecture. With easier access to the print carriage and simplified daily maintenance, operators benefit from a smoother and more intuitive workflow from the very first shift,” the company says.
Key technical improvements include:
- An integrated localized humidifier: the built-in ROQ Fog humidification system comes integrated by default on both HYBRID PRO and PRO+ versions, ensuring optimal operating conditions even in challenging environments.
- Fujifilm Dimatix Starfire printhead technology: The new SG600 printheads (HYBRID PRO+ version) and SG1024 printheads (HYBRID and HYBRID PRO version) feature ink recirculation, long lifespan and easy servicing.
- Production rates up to 550 pieces/hour: In high-speed mode (2-pass printing at 635-by-1,200 dpi), the ROQ HYBRID PRO+ H16C04 and H20C04 processes up to 550 garments per hour for a 221×297 mm print size (A4-sized prints), delivering strong color coverage while maintaining stable dot placement and consistent results.
- Availability in CMYK or CMYK+RG: The ROQ HYBRID PRO+ can be configured with 8, 12, 16, 18 or 24 SG6000 printheads with a CMYK or CMYK+GR inkset, ensuring wider color capability without sacrificing throughput. In 4-pass quality mode, the H08C04, H12C04, H12C06 and H18C06 versions deliver up to 400 garments per hour, maintaining a 635-by-1,200 dpi resolution and full stability across the print area.
