When switching from lighter T-shirt to thicker fleece fabrics, screen printers often undercure plastisol inks.
The simplest way to assure proper curing for thicker fabrics is to slow down the cure time. By setting the dryer temperature for a maximum of 320°F and slowing down the dryer speed, screen printers can prevent undercuring.
