Broder Bros. Co., Trevose, Pa., recently acquired Imprints Wholesale, Denver.
Broder Bros. is the nation’s largest distributor of trade, private label and retail apparel brands, and merchandise to the imprinting, embroidery and promotional product industries. The company offers more than 40 brands, including a broad selection of trade brands from Gildan, Hanes, Fruit of the Loom and more. Founded in 1987, Imprints Wholesale operates out of warehouses in Denver; Las Vegas; Lenexa, Kan.; Kent, Wash.; and Verona, Wis.
