ColDesi, Inc., Tampa, Fla., has added Mitchell Starr, Scott Romano, and Robin Dykes as new account managers and Ashley Killingsworth as a customer care representative.
Starr has expansive sales experience including owning his own bagel shop for 20 years. He has also worked at Amalie Arena in Tampa, Fla., as a suite attendant for 14 consecutive years and was given a Stanley Cup ring for the Lightning winning the cup in 2020.
“With a wealth of sales experience, Mitch has hit the ground running as a contributor to the ColDesi Sales Team and we are excited to have him on board!” says Joe Smalley, ColDesi sales manager.
As a former athletic apparel designer and creator, Romano is looking forward to forming meaningful relationships with customers.
“He brings with him this competitive edge that he got when he was playing baseball professionally,” says Alex Duran, ColDesi sales manager. “He also has a unique perspective of the apparel decorating industry from his time running his own business.”
Adding Dykes to the team, builds on the successful addition of Sawgrass sublimation printers and the Roland BN-20 to the ColDesi family of brands, according to the company.
“Within the first week, it was clear to me that this company was built with a solid foundation of talented individuals who strive for greatness- with ambitions not just for their individual success, but for the prosperity of ColDesi,” Dykes says.
As a customer care representative, Killingsworth will be at the forefront of ColDesi’s on-boarding experience, that sets new equipment owners up for success.
“Ashley brings us great customer service and shipping and we are excited to see her grow on the ColDesi Customer Care Team,” Smalley says. — D.S.
