DecoNetwork Releases Updated Software

Published: December 5, 2019

DecoNetwork, Suwanee, Ga., recently released its newest version 8.5 to licensees with added features and multiple implemented requests.

In DecoNetwork version 8.5, production jobs now can be viewed on a calendar and arranged with drag-and-drop technology, enabling users to schedule and reschedule production dates. The new calendar also has “day view” and “month view” options.

Additionally, a company now can have multiple contacts listed, allowing for account statements and bills to be sent to the company instead of individual contacts. This added feature helps licensees streamline communications with all contacts from within the same company and assign roles.

Another update is the integrated ShipStation, which is designed to pass order information and automatically mark orders as shipped when completed. The new update also introduces Quote Mode, which takes customer concepts from the designer and submits them as quote requests in Business Hub. Quote requests then are priced and sent for approval by the customer; once approval is granted, the quote can be converted into an order and payment managed from inside Business Hub. The ability to allow a freeform line item to be associated with an extra order charge in Business Hub also has been added.

The Product Filter widget is now available on the Blank Products page, which lets consumers perform faceted searches by filtering things such as price, color, brand, size and more.

DecoNetwork’s Website Builder continues to be supported with further updates, ensuring licensees can build a mobile friendly website integrated with supplier products, custom price tables, the online designer and more — all with simple drag-and-drop widgets. — D.S.
