GSG, Dallas, now offers the Viper XPT-6000 pretreatment machine.
Features include touchscreen control over spray width, and length and fluid laydown. The machine’s multi-nozzle system and smooth, accurate, consistent performance deliver durable, colorfast garments, according to the company.
The XPT-6000 is easy to load and unload, has spray cycles of less than 10 seconds, and features an easy-to-use, multilingual 4-inch HMI touchscreen interface, according to the company. A hydraulic spray applicator, it is ready to use straight from the box and requires no air compressor.
The machine’s six patented nozzles have a maximum spray area of 17.5” x 19” and a useable spray area of 16” x 19”. Spray length and width are independently controlled, and zones can be changed for full-, left- and right-chest, as well as youth and baby applications. It comes with a standard and oversized platen, stand, casters and accessories pack.
