Heritage Sportswear Inc., Hebron, Ohio, and wholesale supplier Virginia T’s, Petersburg, Va., have combined operations.
Both companies will retain their corporate names and sales forces, but will combine efforts at industry trade shows. Together, they have 60 years of experience serving the promotional products industry.
President Jay Frink works out of Petersburg, Va., and Executive Vice President and General Manager Jon Hays is located in Hebron, Ohio.
The companies sent their 2013 joint catalog, which featured 1,305 styles from more than 63 mills, the week of Dec. 26.
