Inkcups Now (ICN), Danvers, Mass., has opened a new warehouse, demo room and office in Lake Elsinore, Calif.
The new 3,000-square-foot California warehouse stocks the company’s complete line of Sapphire ink products and inkjet inks, and a selection of printing plates and other supplies. The demo room features the one-color B100 and the two-color ICN-2200-PS pad printers, with additional screen, pad and inkjet printers expected to arrive in 2014. In addition to sales, demos, training and same-day ink shipments, ICN-California also provides PMS color matching, ink-adhesion testing and help with pad selection.
Western States Sales Manager Scott Roy has anchored ICN-California’s expansion. He has more than two decades of experience in specialty decoration and sales, and has worked for Inkcups Now since 2006.
Victor Uzarraga, who has been with the company since 2008, recently moved to California to become the in-house tech at the new location.
Office Manager Anna Uzarraga, the newest addition to the team, has experience as a quality control manager and workflow coordinator, and will help to coordinate shipping for ICN-California.
