InkSoft Offers Customer Management Tool

InkSoft, Albuquerque, N.M., is offering a new customer management tool that enables users to manage a broad range of prospect and client functions.

The tool integrates capabilities, from uploading and downloading customer data to issuing gift certificates, into a centralized program, providing more comprehensive service for customers, while streamlining key aspects of customer interface, according to the company.

Offered in all three levels of the program (Professional, Professional Plus and Studio), the tool also lets InkSoft users manage customer tax exemptions; apply special discounts to individual accounts; and control payment permissions. It also includes the ability to arrange payment later and check out with purchase orders.

Additionally, it allows users to manage newsletter opt-in subscriptions for email marketing, and segment customers by online store, and by whether an order has been placed or art content has been created.
