Mimaki Engineering Co. Ltd., Amsterdam, will highlight its broad textile-printing portfolio at InPrint 2014, to be held in April in Hanover, Germany.
Mimaki is a founder and sponsor of the event, and will showcase its sublimation printer — the TS500-1800 — along with solutions from the UJF series and the JFX500-2131, at booth H16.
“Industrial printing is a vital manufacturing process and inkjet technology is increasingly being used in the industrial sector,” says Mike Horsten, general manager of marketing for Mimaki Europe B.V. “Mimaki’s innovative printing technologies can be used in the production of many goods across many sectors. The Mimaki machinery is bound to speed up the gradually growing transition to digital printing in the worlds of textiles and apparel.”
Mimaki printing technologies enable fashion designers and others in the industry to produce vibrant small-lot products on unique materials, such as cotton, silk, hemp and rayon, which previously was not possible with digital printing, according to the company.
