New York, N.Y. — Royal Apparel, a leading manufacturer of premium, sustainable, Made-in-USA apparel, has announced the expansion of its sales team with the addition of Jeff Beja and Robert Wantland as Account Executives.
These hires mark another significant step in the company’s strategic growth initiative, building on Royal Apparel’s recent West Coast distribution center expansion and continued investment in regional customer service, accessibility, and market coverage.
Jeff Beja Joins the Team
Jeff Beja brings extensive experience in the decorated-apparel and wholesale industry, most recently serving as an Account Executive at S&S Activewear. Prior to that, he held a regional sales role with Delta Apparel, where he developed key customer relationships and helped expand market share across multiple channels.
With his strong background in promotional and decorator partnerships, Beja will focus on driving sales growth, supporting distributors, and strengthening Royal Apparel’s relationships across key apparel markets.
“Jeff has a deep understanding of the wholesale apparel space and a passion for the customer experience,” said Glen Brumer, Sales Director at Royal Apparel. “His energy and knowledge make him a valuable addition as we expand our footprint nationwide.”
Robert Wantland Comes on Board
Robert Wantland joins Royal Apparel from Manhead Merchandise, where he built a strong reputation for networking, client relationship management, and an entrepreneurial approach to sales within the music and entertainment merchandise industry.
At Royal Apparel, Wantland will focus on West Coast outreach, developing new market opportunities, and enhancing engagement with existing customers. His background in artist and tour merchandising brings a creative edge to the company’s expanding lifestyle and branded-apparel programs.
“Robert’s experience in music and merchandising gives him a unique perspective on brand identity and storytelling,” said Brumer. “He’s the perfect fit to help us reach new audiences and deepen our connections on the West Coast.”
Strategic Growth Momentum
These appointments reinforce Royal Apparel’s commitment to American manufacturing and sustainable innovation. Following the company’s new West Coast distribution center launch, the brand is focused on faster fulfillment, localized service, and greater accessibility for customers nationwide.
With Beja and Wantland now on board, Royal Apparel continues to build momentum toward its goal of “American manufacturing, accessible to all.”
