Royal Apparel, Hauppauge, N.Y., is launching new business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) websites with an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
Key enhancements have been added to the user experience, including increased website speed, improved images and ease of downloads, filtered navigation, feature selection and notification emails. Resource tools such as videos, interactive color card, educational information on sustainability and made-in-U.S.A. mission, allow for smart suggestions on cross selling, according to the company.
The My Account section also has been upgraded to provide access to users’ order status, tracking, history and improved ways to customize to the particular client’s needs.
The back-end processes have been streamlined for order processing, inventory management, accounting and manufacturing. — D.S.
