SanMar Announces 2025 Fall New Arrivals

Issaquah, Washington—SanMar Corporation announces its 2025 Fall New Arrivals featuring more than 180 styles across 21 brands. The rollout includes on-trend heavyweight extensions of a District® favorite, the exciting introduction of Cotopaxi® apparel, the launch of legends-in-the-making styles in CornerStone® Workwear Pro and Port Authority® Wearever Signature, along with fresh picks from industry and retail favorites Carhartt®, The North Face®, Nike®, TravisMathew®, New Era®, OGIO®, A4 ®, Eddie Bauer®, and Brooks Brothers®.

With the fall launch comes a trendsetting Very Important Tee expansion from District® with a new line of heavyweight 6.5-oz. tees and 10-oz. fleece. Fashion-forward details like dropped shoulders and wide rib-knit collars bring relaxed streetwear styling to the premium decoratability the brand is known for. Other District® favorites will see huge color palette adds in both top-trending and core colors with Perfect Tri offering 51, V.I.T. reaching 56, and Perfect Blend CVC coming in 38 colors.

“There is a vibe to the Heavyweight VIT more than being just the perfect weight,” explained Shelley Renning, Vice President of Merchandising at SanMar. “It’s the slightly oversized fit with perfect details in the right on-trend colors that will make a head-to-toe matching set look effortlessly cool.”

Since launching Cotopaxi® bags in 2020, SanMar will introduce its first apparel collection from the performance outdoor retail favorite. Known for colorful styles made of recycled and deadstock materials, the collection will include five down and fleece outerwear styles for men and women, along with the Chiquillo backpack joining the existing assortment. The collection also boasts sustainable fleece and water-resistant ripstop nylon shells approved by bluesign®, which SanMar joined as a System Partner in 2024.

SanMar’s industry-leading retail brand offering expands with 70+ notable new hardworking lifestyle, activewear and outerwear styles. New Era® brings a fresh heavyweight fleece varsity jacket back to the stands while activewear additions from Nike® include joggers and the rLegend long sleeve tee. Cozy fleece layers, new outerwear, and a luxe giftable blanket expand the TravisMathew® offering for cooler temperatures. Carhartt® delivers both on-the-job durability and off-the-job style with autumnal plaids and the Montana collection of insulated and sherpa-lined coats and vests for extreme cold weather.

A legend-in-the-making is introduced for fall with the Workwear Pro from CornerStone®. Throw anything at this collection without sacrificing durability or comfort thanks to workwear industry-first fabrication innovations with combined moisture wicking, anti-odor, snag-proof, and UPF30. Launching in eight styles and 10 colors, Workwear Pro is sure to become a go-to foundational staple in any workwear uniforming program.

Building on the success of the spring launch of Wearever Signature, Port Authority® expands the offering with the Wearever Signature Pique collection. Fans of the brand’s top-selling Silk Touch polo will find the wrinkle-resistant silky hand, moisture wicking, and UV protection benefits of Wearever Signature Pique Polo perfect for updating cost-conscious uniforming programs from “must wear” to “want to wear.” The line will launch with a remarkably deep 10 styles in 29 colors ranging from corporate basics to trend-driven hues across adult, women, youth, and tall sizes.
