Specialty Graphic Imaging Association (SGIA), Fairfax, Va., has named Pete Gallo of Vista Color Imaging Inc. as its new chairman for the 2014 board of directors.
Additional 2014 board appointments include: Tim Markley of Markley Enterprise, first vice chairman; Hoddy Peck of Meisel, second vice chairman; and Rich Thompson of Ad Graphics Inc., third vice chairman.
James Gill of FUJIFILM Dimatix Inc. will continue as associate vice chairman. Edward Cook Jr. of ECI Screen Print Inc. was named secretary, and Michael Mockridge of Mockridge Doming Systems was named treasurer. Also serving on SGIA’s 2014 board of directors will be Lynn Krinsky of Stella Color, immediate past chairman; Gordon Brown of New Vista Image, chairmen’s advisory council; and Michael Robertson, SGIA president and CEO. Additionally, Kim Magraw of GM Nameplate Inc. will join the board.
