S&S Activewear, Bolingbrook, Ill., recently announced the addition of a new customer service feature on its websites.
The service is powered by LiveChat software and is operated by customer service employees at S&S, Americana Sportswear and Eva Sportswear.
Customers visiting the website can enable LiveChat with one click at the bottom of each page. Once the “Question” button is clicked, customers are then engaged with a live employee who can answer questions about sizes, colors, inventory and more. After the chat is complete, customers are given the option to immediately rate the service.
