STAHLS’ Fulfill Engine Announces Dye Sublimation, Vapor Apparel Integration

Published: March 6, 2026

STAHLS’ Fulfill Engine has announced it is expanding its network fulfillment capabilities with the addition of dye sublimation for apparel in partnership with Vapor Apparel.

According to STAHLS’, the company’s latest initiative introduces spot sublimation decoration for performance garments, expanding Fulfill Engine’s digital print capabilities and enabling vibrant, full-color decoration on 100-percent polyester apparel.

To support the launch, Vapor Apparel’s lineup of performance apparel styles are now integrated into Fulfill Engine specifically for network decoration. Engineered for high-heat digital printing, these moisture-wicking, quick-drying garments feature UPF 50+ sun protection and are optimized for outdoor and active environments.

Vapor Apparel: Blank Apparel Provider for Sublimation Decoration

“Vapor Apparel was built around one core principle—engineer blanks for the high heat of digital printing, specifically sublimation,” said Jackson Burnett, president of Vapor Apparel. “Bringing our Sublimation Certified styles to the STAHLS’ Fulfill Engine platform ensures decorators can access garments designed for color vibrancy, consistency, and production reliability at scale. We’re proud to align with a partner that shares our commitment to innovation and operational excellence.”

Dye sublimation is a digital decoration method that permanently bonds color into polyester fibers, creating a lightweight, breathable finish with no hand-feel. The new capability allows decorators and brands to deliver performance-driven apparel programs through Fulfill Engine’s on-demand production network without added inventory or operational complexity.

Polyester Blank Apparel Decoration: Lightweight, Easy Hand

Dye sublimation—a digital decoration method that permanently bonds color into polyester fibers, creating a lightweight, breathable finish with no hand-feel—joins a robust portfolio of decoration methods now available within the Fulfill Engine platform, including direct-to-film (DTF,) direct-to-garment (DTG), embroidery, screen printing, UV printing, UV DTF, engraving and STAHLS’ proprietary LIQUID 3D transfers.

With sublimation added to the ecosystem, decorators can now offer performance-driven polyester decoration alongside multiple print technologies, all within one integrated network fulfillment platform, the company said.
