Transfer Express Names New Dealer Services Manager

Transfer Express, Mentor, Ohio, has hired Jason Ziga as its new dealer services manager.

In his new role, Ziga will manage the customer contact center, which takes orders, answers questions, and troubleshoots production and application issues. He will work to establish business objectives, create relevant performance drivers and align business practices.

Prior to joining Transfer Express, Ziga worked in various call center and claims management positions in the automobile insurance industry. He resides in Mentor, Ohio, and will report to Sean Oakley, general manager.
