Transfer Express, Mentor, Ohio, has debuted a free electronic art proofing service to ensure customer satisfaction, according to the company.
With this new service, customers can be shown free proofs of artwork before purchasing as long as the order is placed from the same art proof. A handy zoom tool allows customers to view designs up close to better evaluate the artwork.
There is a small charge to start the proof, which is deducted when the transfer order is placed. An Easy Prints proof ordered prior to 11 a.m. EST will be available the same day. A proof from original artwork submitted before 3 p.m. EST is available in two working days. Customers also have the option of ordering without seeing proofs, according to the company.
