Ninja Transfers Lowers Custom Patch Minimum Order Quantity to 10

Published: December 4, 2025

Ninja Transfers has announced a major update to its growing custom patches category: all patch types, including embroidered, woven, PVC, leather and DTF patches, will now have a universal minimum order quantity of just 10 pieces.

“For years, creators of all sizes have struggled with high minimum order quantities (MOQs) in the patch industry, often facing 50 to 100-piece minimums that made premium products inaccessible for small brands, hobbyists and early-stage entrepreneurs. With this update, Ninja Transfers is removing one of the biggest historical barriers to entering the premium patch market,” Ninja Transfers says.

Greater Flexibility for Custom Decorated Apparel Professionals

“Lowering the MOQ to 10 fundamentally changes who gets to participate,” said Victor Ilisco, director of business development at Ninja Transfers. “Creators can now test designs affordably, launch new product lines with less risk and offer premium add-ons to their customers without committing to bulk inventory.”

According to Ninja Transfers, the shift aligns with larger industry trends in the custom-merch space, including growing demand for low-risk sampling, flexible inventory and rapid product-testing cycles, especially among small apparel brands and makers.

“Extending that accessibility to the premium patch segment reflects the company’s ongoing mission to empower creators at every level,” the company says.
