ColDesi, Tampa, Fla, recently shared an email to all customers from Scott Colman, company president, that included a message of encouragement during the COVID-19 pandemic and an announcement of free, downloadable art meant to help unite the industry.
“Our world is a series of interconnections,” Colman said in the email. “The connection we all have is a two-way street, passing from hand-to-hand both positive and negative. The negative is apparent right now with the worldwide spread of COVID-19. However, we have an opportunity. We can all show how positive thoughts and actions can spread even more aggressively and with greater speed than the negative. This positivity makes up the inner core of humanity. Let us join together to raise awareness and kick COVID-19 out of our lives, out of our country and off this earth!”
The email also included a link to a variety of free, downloadable art — created by the ColDesi team — that can be used by all decorated-apparel and promotional-products industry professionals. File formats include JPG, PNG, vector, raster and embroidery digitized.
The first art series involved messages of solidarity and unity, with the most recent series depicting messages supporting nurses. Each series wil be themed to uplift and support the general public and healthcare-industry workers.
“I think it’s not only vital that we support the people that are supporting us — including the medical professionals on the front lines — but also give apparel decorators every tool we can to help them through this time as well,” says Mark Stephenson, director of marketing, ColDesi. “The free designs are already helping people make sales and stay in business. I hope everyone can take advantage of them and do the same.”
The artwork is available via colmanandcompany.com, ColDesi’s e-commerce site. No email addresses or registration is required.
Also, ColDesi is answering all support calls and providing live, online training while shipping all vitally important supply orders daily.
