Expo Scene: New Mid-week Schedule for the 2026 Impressions Expo in Dallas, Texas

Published: July 2, 2026

Mark your calendars and update the maps apps on your phones: Impressions Expo is heading back to Dallas, Texas, again October 21–23. And this time around, there’s both a new venue and a new weekly schedule to go with it. To register, click here.

Following last year’s move from Fort Worth to Dallas, the 2026 expo is set to take place at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas, a change not only worth noting, but offering a number of innovations set to complement the high caliber experience the industry has long come to expect. Among other things, the dates and new location for this year’s Impressions Expo promise to:

  • Make possible a new midweek schedule, from Wednesday to Friday, to help attendees maximize their time on-site
  • Provide yet more sourcing opportunities, as there will be a two day overlap with the Dallas Apparel & Accessories Market show.

Beyond that, the event promises more of the same cutting-edge technology and sustainable materials that have long been a hallmark of each and every Impressions Expo, including the latest in:

  • Direct-to-film (DTF), heat-transfer and heat-pressing technology
  • Trend-setting blank apparel that is not only comfortable and stylish, but built with sustainability in mind
  • Direct-to-garment (DTG) and other digital decorating systems, including a range of hybrid screen-printing systems and accessories
  • Cutting-edge screen-printing autos, materials and ancillary gear, including flash dryers, washout booths and more
  • Machine embroidery systems, material and production management software.

Educational Sessions on Embroidery, Heat Pressing, Screen Printing and More

Of course, in addition to the products and services on display on the show floor, the 2026 Dallas Impressions Expo will offer dozens of professional education sessions, covering everything from embroidery digitizing and the latest heat-pressing techniques to social media marketing and AI.

Complementing these sessions, which are being organized along the lines of a series of “camps” in order for attendees to be sure they’re making the most of what’s available, will also be the inaugural “Manifest” professional conference series being organized by Fort Worth’s MADE Laboratory.

Last but not least, there’s the abundance of networking opportunities available, free T-shirts on offer at the Impressions live T-shirt screen-printing station and the regular post show happy hour at the end of the event’s first day.
