ChemFree Corp., Norcross, Ga., recently introduced the new SW-37 SmartWasher bioremediating parts-washing system.
Adding to the SmartWasher, OzzyJuice and OzzyMat product line, the SW-37 features a 1,000-pound load capacity, and its oversized sink accommodates both large and small parts. Additional features include locking casters, an adjustable thermostat, timed flow controls, interchangeable brushes and a detachable control box.
The SmartWasher parts-washing systems include the parts-washer equipment, non-hazardous OzzyJuice cleaning solutions and OzzyMats, which are microbe-impregnated filters. The combination of these three products — “the system” — allows users to reduce or eliminate waste streams, the expense of hazardous waste removal, the associated liabilities of generating waste and the hassles of regulatory compliance, according to the company.
