Photosharp Screen-Exposure System

Workhorse Products now offers the Photosharp screen-exposure system, which features a 1,000-watt metal-halide dual-spectrum light source for fast exposure and a long lamp life, according to the company. The lamp life also is preserved longer because of fewer lamp strikes. The dual-spectrum lamp is spectrally matched with both diazo- and photopolymer-sensitized emulsions for maximum speed and flexibility. An integrated digital time control has auto shut-off and auto-repeat functions. It also has a hold-down blanket, a vacuum hold-down and has the capacity to hold extra-large screens. The two-part cabinet can be broken down to allow it to fit through a doorway, and it also is easy to clean and maintain, according to the company. It comes in 115- and 230-vac models.
