HTVRONT has announced the launch of the E15 15-Needle Embroidery Machine, a new multi-needle system developed for growing custom-apparel businesses, creative studios and textile professionals looking to expand their embroidery production capabilities.
Scheduled to officially launch Sept. 17, the E15 combines 15 needles with a maximum 19.68-by-9.84-inch embroidery field, flat embroidery speeds ranging from 500 to 1,200 rpm and cap embroidery speeds up to 850 rpm. The system supports both flat and cap embroidery, with a 270-degree cap drive and 14.57-by-2.56-inch cap embroidery area.
15-Needle Design Targets Multicolor Production
The machine’s 15-needle configuration allows operators to preload multiple thread colors, reducing the manual thread changes associated with producing multicolor designs on single-needle equipment.
HTVRONT is positioning the E15 for businesses transitioning from lower-volume embroidery into more consistent commercial production. The system’s larger embroidery area also accommodates applications ranging from standard garments to jackets, tote bags and oversized designs.
A 10.1-inch touchscreen provides machine controls, while Wi-Fi connectivity supports wireless design transfer. The E15 recognizes DST and DSB embroidery file formats.
IdeaStudio Connects Design and Embroidery Workflow
The E15 integrates with HTVRONT’s IdeaStudio software, which provides access to an embroidery design library along with design importing, garment previews, proportional scaling, thread-color configuration and wireless file transfer.
According to HTVRONT, IdeaStudio offers more than 1,000 embroidery files, including 300 available free, while users can also import embroidery files from other sources.
The machine offers embroidery accuracy rated at ±0.1 mm and a stitch-length range of 0.1 to 12.7 mm.
Flat and Cap Embroidery Accessories Included
The E15 package includes equipment for both garment and cap embroidery. Included components consist of two garment hoop sets, a 500-by-250-mm aluminum flat embroidery hoop, two cap hoops, a cap drive attachment and mounting bracket, detachable table, thread winder, tool kit and starter consumables.
HTVRONT also offers one-on-one video support and live demonstrations for customers evaluating or learning the system.
