Zippr, a business software platform specifically configured for use by custom decorated apparel shops, marked its official launch at the 2026 Impressions Expo in Dallas, Texas.
“Built by people who run a decorating shop,” the platform covers sales, quoting, mockups, art files, purchasing, production and invoicing. Thereby putting “sales, quoting, art, purchasing, production and invoicing behind one login.”
For those making the trek to Dallas, Zippr is on display at Booth #679 in the Hilton Anatole through Oct. 23.
“Until today, a typical job in a decorating shop touches a quoting spreadsheet, a vendor website, a mockup tool, a scheduling board and an invoicing app, all separate tools. Zippr replaces that stack with one system that follows a job from prospecting to first contact to delivery,” the company says.
With Zippr, a job starts out as a contact in the CRM. The quote then pulls current vendor pricing, the mockup is drawn from a description, and the order goes to the vendor. From there the job moves through the production queue to delivery, either via integrated shipping or with photo confirmation, and the invoice is built from the same job.
“The best hours in a decorating shop go to customers and the production floor. Too many of the rest go to retyping and checking on things,” Zippr co-founder John Kerns says. “Zippr gives those hours back. I run a decorating shop [Chattanooga, TN-based Apparel Embroidery], and we built Zippr because I was tired of paying for five tools to do one job.”
“Five tools stitched together is not integration. Integration is when the quote, the art, the order and the invoice are the same record,” says Zippr technical co-founder Daniel LeMay. “We built Zippr that way from the start, which is why a shop can run from one login.”
