RhinoTech, Mendota Heights, Minn., recently introduced the latest addition to its line-up of digital heat transfer equipment: the DK20S swing-away press with a face-down heat platen.
Offering even, level-pressing capability no matter the height of the item being heat pressed, the DK20S is built so that the operator has the ability to move the heat platen away and to the side of the table for complete access to loading and unloading of materials and layout transfers, according to the company.
Additional features include: a heavy-duty, solid-steel pressing framework; an adjustable press to accommodate materials with fabric thicknesses up to 1 inch; a control system with oversized-digit LCD display; a digital height/pressure gauge for displaying current height settings on controller; and SuperCoil-Microwinding heater technology.
The company offers a lifetime warranty on the heat platen and a three-year warranty on the heat-control electronics.
