SanMar Corp., Issaquah, Wash., has released its new District Perfect Tri DTG tee (style DM130DTG).
Marketed as an advancement in direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, the new tee is completely pretreated on the inside and on the outside front, back, sides and sleeves. The DM130DTG is ready to print right out of the box—making DTG printing faster, cleaner, and more cost-efficient, according to the company.
It is made of 5-ounce, 50/25/25 poly/combed ring-spun cotton/rayon and 32 singles. It also features 1×1 rib knit neck, a tear-away label, and shoulder-to-shoulder taping.
Key decorator benefits include: no pretreatment; leaves no pre-treatment stains or “rings” on the shirt after printing; can increases efficiency—you’ll spend less time when DTG printing; requires fewer chemicals that need to be stored or used in the decorator’s shop; and is ideal to print on-demand at events and to respond faster to market trends. — D.S.
