Jeremy Davis Appointed CEO of Imperial Headwear, Apparel

Imperial owns and operates multiple brands and companies, including Imperial, Pukka and the Peter Millar Licensing Company—brands that serve a diverse range of markets, including golf, corporate, promotional products, destination leisure, team dealer and supply chain channels. Per the company, with over 25 years of experience in manufacturing and a strong track record of business growth, Davis will lead Imperial into its next phase of expansion.

Having worked across industries including aerospace, medical devices, specialty chemicals and electrical components, he recently served in the life sciences industry. His leadership in acquiring and integrating companies will be instrumental in advancing market position, the company says. Davis has successfully acquired and integrated more than a dozen companies, making him well-suited to drive expansion.
