Machine embroiderers can now take on even the most challenging hooping projects with confidence thanks to Melco’s new Fast Clamp Pro Upgrade Kit, which includes a set of upgraded lower arms coupled with the company’s “Garment Stoppers” tech.
According to the company, the new lower arms feature a dedicated set of plates design to make it possible for embroiderers to now use backing with their Fast Clamp PRO projects. “Simply slip your backing under the plates on the lower arm and it will be securely held while you embroider,” Melco says.
Along these same lines, the company says that with its adjustable Garment Stopper screws embroiderers can now set where they want a particular item to align, guaranteeing consistent placement every time. “No more aligning each side independently by sight. Just set your limit and slide your garment until it touches the stopper,” the company says. In all, each kit includes:
- 3 Sets of backing holder plates (small, medium, large)
- 3 sets of lower arms (small, medium, large)
- 2 sets of Garment Stoppers (small, medium)
