Graphic Solutions Group, Dallas, has introduced the QMX Mixing System.
This Pantone-licensed system allows printers to mix any size batch to meet the needs of a specific job.
It comes with 12 phthalate-free colored inks, a phthalate-free transparent base and a phthalate-free white base that can be mixed to create more than 1,000 standard colors. The basic system also can be extended to mix vivid fluorescent colors and metallics by substituting inks from the QMX Plus line, which can be ordered as a kit or individually.
