Madeira USA now offers thread collections and starter packs. The thread collections are available in three different sizes that consist of either 5,500-yard cones or 1,100-yard Mini Snap Cones (MSCs). Collections include 12-, 16- or 48-cones or MSCs, and are available in both classic rayon and 100% polyester Polyneon #40. They are packaged in a plastic carrying case. The 48-cone thread collection comes with a wooden rack for wall or counter display. Embroidery Starter Packs also are available in three sizes: Starter Pack, Starter Pack Plus and Starter Pack Deluxe. Each pack includes E-Zee Backing & Topping stabilizers, bobbins, needles, thread snips, storage tray, color cards and thread samples. Additional items, such as dressmaker shears, E-Zee Cap backing lint rollers and Sharp needles, are included in the two larger packs.
