SA International (SAi), Salt Lake City, has promoted Mikki Webb as its new senior vice president of North American sales and customer experience.
In her new role, Webb will oversee SAi’s channel sales, direct sales, and customer support teams in North America.
“It is my pleasure to lead Customer Service, Tech Support, and North America Sales for Sai,” says Webb. “I look forward to building upon a strong cultural foundation, and I’m excited to be on this journey with such a great company and with great teammates.”
Webb has an extensive background in managing customer experience teams and solving e-commerce issues for major companies like E-bay, Wayfair, Discover Card, and Southwest Airlines. She ran her own business for five years, advising clients on e-commerce payment issues.
