Arklavo has reached a new milestone, announcing it has served more than 13,000 businesses across the United States while continuing to expand its no-minimum custom apparel model aimed at helping small and growing organizations purchase branded merchandise without traditional bulk-order requirements.
Founded in 2023 and rebranded in 2025, the company has built its business around eliminating minimum order quantities, allowing customers to purchase everything from a single embroidered polo or hoodie to large team outfitting projects at consistent pricing. According to Arklavo, the approach is designed to make custom apparel more accessible for businesses that need flexibility rather than inventory commitments.
Key Highlights for Apparel Decorators
- More than 13,000 businesses served nationwide.
- No minimum order requirements across the product catalog.
- Embroidery, direct-to-garment (DTG) and heat-press decoration produced in-house.
- Free design assistance and digital proofs before production.
- Fast production with approximately two-day shipping after order approval.
Company founder Conor Smart said the milestone reflects the needs of smaller businesses that have traditionally been underserved by suppliers requiring large production runs.
“We built our custom logo apparel collection so a five-person crew can order the same way a hundred-person team does, at the same price per piece, with nothing held back for volume,” Smart said.
Arklavo serves customers across industries including healthcare, hospitality, education, corporate, sports and skilled trades. Its catalog includes custom T-shirts, polos, hoodies, hats, bags and other branded merchandise produced using embroidery, DTG printing and heat-press decoration.
The company says the majority of its customers are outfitting individual locations, small work crews or special events rather than placing large inventory orders. By removing minimum quantities, businesses can order only what they need while maintaining consistent branding as teams grow.

- Small businesses and startups.
- Company stores and employee onboarding.
- Hospitality and healthcare organizations.
