It’s official. With three weeks to go until the show opens, the 2025 Impressions Expo in Long Beach, California, is officially SOLD OUT, with an incredible 301 companies reserving 124,000-square-feet of floor space.
“It’s going to be a great show and a great way to kick off what looks to be another strong year for the decorated-apparel industry,” said show director Kayla McGarry. “The number of pre-registrations for attendees is also track really well. I look forward to seeing a lot of positive energy at this year’s event.”

Dozens of Decorated Apparel Sponsors
In addition to the record number of exhibitors, the 2025 Long Beach event, which takes place Jan. 23-25, will also feature the participation of dozens of different sponsors pitching in to help make it a success.
Among the standouts will be longtime badge sponsor Hirsch Solutions; Lane Seven supplying bags for attendees to carry all that fun swag in; T-Styled supplying lanyards for exhibitor and attendee IDs; and AWDis Ltd. supplying shirts for the event’s support staff.
Other standouts include LAT Apparel, supplying blank T-shirts for the event’s live screen-printing station and First Citizens sponsoring the show’s happy hour, which takes place at 4 p.m., toward the end of the first day of the show, Thursday, Jan. 23.
Then, of course, there’s the Impressions educational conference program, with dozens of different sessions covering everything from getting started in heat-press decorating to the role of artificial intelligence, and the Shop Talk stage featuring conversations with some of the industry’s leading influencers.
