Ninja Transfers Completes Successful 100-plus Wash DTF Test

Published: September 10, 2024

Ninja Transfers, a leading player in the custom DTF (direct-to-film) transfer industry, recently announced a significant milestone: the successful completion of a rigorous 100-plus wash-and-dry-cycle test of its DTF transfers.

According to Ninja Transfers, the achievement highlights the company’s commitment to durability, reliability and exceptional performance, even under the most demanding conditions.

DTF, 100-plus Machine Washings

“The 100-plus wash test is a critical benchmark in the textile and apparel industry, ensuring that printed designs maintain their vibrancy, integrity and adherence to fabrics through extensive washing and wear,” company says. “Ninja Transfers’ products not only met but exceeded the industry standards of 50 washes, demonstrating remarkable resilience against fading, cracking and peeling.”

As part of the testing process, the DTF transfers being analyzed retained their original colors and sharpness across a wide range of fabric types, including cotton, polyester and other synthetics. Interestingly, as results showed, the more synthetic the material, the better the transfers held up.

New DTF Wear Benchmark

“We are incredibly proud of the results from our 100-plus wash test,” said Victor Ilisco, director of business development at Ninja Transfers. “Our team has worked tirelessly to test almost a hundred combinations of environment, consumables, pressing time and temperatures to develop a DTF product that not only meets but exceeds the expectations of our customers. This milestone is a testament to our dedication to quality and innovation in the DTF transfer market.”
