In 1981, Embroidery Legacy, founded in 1958, acquired its first multi-head embroidery machine: a Tajima, in light of what it considered Tajima’s outstanding build quality and customer support.
Forty-three years later, The Deer’s Embroidery Legacy, as the company is now known, has changed dramatically, evolving from an emblem manufacturing and contract embroidery shop to a company focused on educational content, software and embroidery designs.
Embroidery Machine Quality, Customer Support
One thing that hasn’t changed, however, is the company’s affinity for Tajima embroidery machines, as is evident in its recently announced partnership with Hirsch Solutions, RB Digital and Tajima Australia to begin marketing the Tajima SAI—what the company describes as an “all-in-one powerhouse,” ideally configured for crafters and those looking to transition their craft into a business.
“For the last two decades, we have catered to the home and crossover embroidery market, making the Tajima Sai the perfect machine for us to stand behind,” says The Deer’s Embroidery Legacy operations manager Bethany Deer. “With its compact size, user-friendly interface, robust support and renowned quality, we are confident that our valued customers are in good hands.”
