LINKO has introduced the DTFLINKO K-607, a new A1-format direct-to-film (DTF) printer engineered for high-volume garment decoration and print-on-demand production environments. The company says the new system is designed to help decorators increase throughput, improve print consistency, and reduce downtime in demanding production settings.
Built for High-Volume DTF Production
Targeted at mid- to large-scale apparel decorators, transfer producers, and print service providers, the K-607 features seven Epson i3200A1 printheads and a 25.59-inch print width, enabling print speeds of up to 36–38 square meters per hour in 4-pass mode, according to the company.
The printer supports both standard CMYK + White configurations and expanded 8-color ink setups including red, blue, green, and orange channels for wider color gamut applications.
Additional production-focused specifications include:
- 5,000 mL ink capacity per color channel
- 3,000 mL waste ink bottle
- Support for DTF transfer film, heat-transfer paper, and PP paper
- Compatibility with Windows and macOS operating systems
- RIP software support including PrintFactory and PhotoPrint
- Automation and Reliability Features for Decorators
LINKO says the K-607 includes several engineering upgrades intended to improve uptime and output quality in production environments.
Among the system’s automation features are:
- Independent white ink circulation with intermittent stirring to reduce sedimentation
- Front drying system to accelerate curing and minimize ink bleeding
- THK silent linear guide rails for smoother carriage movement
- Heated carriage base plate for more consistent ink performance
- Media-out detection and low-ink alerts
- Anti-collision safeguards
- Air-expansion shaft feeding system supporting rolls up to 300 meters
For decorators producing DTF transfers at scale, these features may help minimize maintenance interruptions and support longer continuous production runs.
DTF Demand Continues to Grow
DTF technology remains one of the fastest-growing decoration methods among apparel decorators due to its compatibility with cotton, polyester, nylon, blends, and other fabrics without requiring pretreatment. High-speed industrial systems like the K-607 reflect continued investment in automation as decorators look to scale production and reduce fulfillment bottlenecks.
LINKO says the printer is available now through direct ordering, with OEM and ODM configurations available for distributors and resellers.
