Automatic Apparel Screen Printing, Intuitive Operation

Each HORNET model is equipped with a 7.5-inch high-resolution touchscreen designed for fast learning and intuitive operation. A clean, modern icon system guides operators through setup and daily use with minimal training required. Integrated, multi-language tutorial screens provide step-by-step guidance directly on the display, eliminating the need to reference external manuals. This built-in intelligence streamlines onboarding and helps operators get up to speed quickly and confidently.

Controls on each pallet arm feature M&R’s proprietary toggle-based inputs for easy access. All HORNET presses come standard with front-flip screen holder manual/pneumatic locks, tool-free squeegee and floodbar angle adjustments, screen, squeegee and floodbar airlocks, and rear micro registration for more accurate screen-printing adjustments.

Available with eight or 10 stations the systems offer a maximum frame size 23″ x 33″ x 2″ a maximum image area of 16″ x 18″. In addition to a 5-year warranty, operators will also benefit from M&R’s 24-hour hotline is staffed 365 days a year and access to the company’s onsite training center.
