Sublistar has introduced the X-Press V6.0, an eight-station automated direct-to-film (DTF) heat transfer production system designed to help apparel decorators increase throughput while reducing manual handling throughout the finishing process.

According to the company, the patented production line automates what has traditionally been a labor-intensive workflow, creating a closed-loop production system for industrial garment decoration operations.

Built for High-Volume DTF Production

Engineered for industrial production environments, the X-Press V6.0 is capable of processing up to 360 garments per hour while supporting operating temperatures ranging from 0 to 399 degrees Celsius.

The automated workflow includes pre-pressing, transfer film placement, heat pressing, robotic film peeling and conveyor unloading, allowing decorators to streamline production with minimal operator intervention.

The system is available with multiple platen configurations, including 400 x 600 mm, 400 x 500 mm and 380 x 380 mm, giving shops flexibility for different garment sizes and production requirements.

Smart Automation Improves Workflow Efficiency

The X-Press V6.0 is operated through a programmable PLC touchscreen interface capable of storing up to four production templates, enabling operators to quickly repeat frequently used jobs.

Sublistar also incorporated a one-click skip function that allows the machine to bypass individual processing steps if an error occurs, preventing isolated issues from interrupting the remainder of the production cycle.

Vision Technology Enhances Accuracy

Among the system’s key innovations is Sublistar’s upgraded Smart Vision Auto-Peeling technology, which uses high-precision positioning to remove transfer films cleanly and accurately while processing up to three designs simultaneously.

Integrated adaptive smart grippers automatically adjust for varying garment thicknesses, helping reduce material deformation and maintain consistent transfer quality across production runs.

Engineered for Reliable Industrial Performance

To improve production consistency, the X-Press V6.0 incorporates low-noise servo motors alongside aviation-grade aluminum heating plates designed to distribute pressure evenly throughout the pressing process.

According to Sublistar, these features help provide reliable, repeatable heat transfer performance for high-volume apparel decoration operations.
