According to the company, the configuration allows operators to produce more garments with fewer touches while helping reduce production bottlenecks and improve consistency.
The supplied production image shows the Carousel’s circular workstation configuration, with multiple stations positioned around the central Hotronix heat press. This arrangement allows different stages of the garment-handling process to occur within a single production cell.
